Russell J. Fleming, one of the founding partners of Fleming & Miranda, graduated from Boston University in 1972 and from Suffolk University Law School in 1977.

Russell was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1977 was admitted to the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Middlesex County Bar Association.

Russell was the Vice President of Service for the Automobile Legal Association.

Russell concentrates on Personal Injury Law, Civil Litigation, Probate and Estate Planning, and Real Estate Conveyancing. He has represented corporate clients, individuals and families throughout Massachusetts.

Russell is currently a Title Agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, and First American National Title Insurance Company.

Russell is an accomplished Real Estate investor and developer having owned and built condominiums and multiple-family homes all over the North Shore. He is also a founding investor of Patriot Community Bank.

Russell is a loving husband, and father of five, and is a golf enthusiast.
